1. Where we deliver
We deliver across Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and nearby areas. You can check delivery at checkout.
2. Dispatch and delivery
- We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days, depending on your location. Weather and courier delays may add time.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Offers such as free delivery apply only where stated.
- We share tracking details by email or phone where available.
- Please give a complete and correct address. If a wrong address causes a failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
3. Live plants in transit
Plants are packed with care, but travel can stress them. Some leaf drop, bent leaves or soil movement is normal and most plants recover. Please unpack your plants on the day of delivery, water lightly if the soil is dry, and keep them in shade for a day or two before moving them to bright light.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Email or call us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- For scrap pickups, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 1 hour before the slot.
5. Damaged or dead-on-arrival plants
- Live plants are not returnable for a change of mind.
- If a plant arrives damaged, dead or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at fertilesource@gmail.com or +91 75238 78781. Send clear photos or an unboxing video, with your order number.
- After we verify the issue, we will send a replacement or give a refund.
- We cannot cover problems caused after delivery, such as overwatering, too much sun, cold or pests, or natural differences in size, colour and leaves.
6. Fertilizers and other products
- If a product arrives leaking, damaged or wrong, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 6 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it. Scrap credits and coupons are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
