1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from, or use services of, Fertile Source Agrotech Private Limited, including our brands Fertile Source and Dump It Now. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legal contract under Indian law.
3. Products and live plants
- Photos are for reference. Live plants are natural products and may differ in size, leaf shape, colour, flowering and variety from the photo.
- Where a plant is shown in several varieties, the variety you select is the one we will try to send. If it is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch.
- Plant sizes and pot sizes are approximate.
- All products are subject to availability. We may cancel an order for an item that is out of stock or listed at a wrong price, and refund any amount you paid.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
5. Orders and payment
We send an order confirmation by email after payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot deliver to. Payments are made through our third-party payment gateway and are subject to its terms.
6. Offers and discounts
Offers apply only during the period stated and on the conditions shown (for example a minimum order value). Offers cannot be combined unless we say so. We may change or end an offer at any time, but orders placed before the change will be honoured.
7. Dump It Now: scrap-for-goods exchange
- Scrap rates shown on the website are indicative. The final value is based on the actual weight and type of items checked at pickup.
- Pickups depend on slot availability and whether your area is serviceable. An adult must be present at the pickup address.
- We do not accept hazardous, flammable, explosive, chemical, medical or illegal items. We may refuse any item.
- You confirm that you own the items you hand over.
- Credits or coupons can be used on our products. They are valid for 15 days and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we say so in writing.
8. Gardening services
Service dates are subject to availability. The final quote is confirmed after we assess your space. You must give us access to the site at the agreed time.
9. Using plant-care and fertilizer products
- Use every product only as directed on its label or product page, including the dilution and frequency.
- Products are for plants only and must not be eaten or given to people or animals. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
- Results depend on soil, climate, plant type and care. We do not guarantee any specific result.
- Some plants are toxic to pets or children. Care and safety information on this site is general guidance only.
10. Intellectual property
The website content, logo, text and images belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer law.
